BioThis is the journal in which I will record my attempt at NaNoWriMo, that is, writing a 50,000-word novel in the month of November. ^_^ (My regular journal is ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)

I picked the journal name because it befits the effort. Anyone who friends this puppy is going to get the "whole nine yards". This little metaphor has something to do with the fact that the Great Highland Kilt has nine yards in it, something to do with the unwieldiness of the tattered, unhemmed, flapping plaid, and something to do with unchecked words.
I also thought I could get a pretty background for it. ^_^
So anyway, friend if you'd like; this is mostly for my benefit and the benefit of my other friends who are doing NaNoWriMo, so that I can encourage them as well. If you'd give them a visit, I'm sure they'd be tickled pink! They are:
